Role overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives for both esynergy and our clients. This role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, and hands-on delivery across digital, content, and events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to esynergy’s business objectives
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to drive MQLs
  • Create, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)
  • Work on account-based marketing initiatives with existing clients
  • Support business development through identifying opportunities, craft proposals, develop collateral
  • Coordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences) and partnerships
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaigns
Requirements
  • Commercially aware with a focus on impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on capability across multiple channels (content, digital, social, events)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills — comfortable handling multiple priorities
  • Creative and pragmatic approach: balancing big-picture strategy with execution
  • Team player with collaborative mindset and a client-service orientation
Experience
  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting or professional services
  • Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Background in producing content for senior business/technical audiences
  • Exposure to event management (online and in-person) and partnership promotion
  • Previous involvement in supporting business development or sales enablement activity
