Senior Marketing Manager — Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site). Contract Type: 12 months. Start Date: January 2026 (potential to start before December 12th).

Role overview

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a high-performing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will be pivotal in delivering strategic marketing initiatives aligned to the CEO agenda programme, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, audience-first campaign execution, and performance optimisation. Working within a global, matrixed organisation, the successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social, and earned media.
  • Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy, in collaboration with global specialists.
  • Leverage thought leadership content to build compelling marketing programmes.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals through effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Drive audience segmentation, CRM strategy, and content planning.
  • Contribute to agile team formations and cross-functional project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in strategic marketing roles within complex, matrixed organisations.
