Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Maritime team in the UK to deliver medium to large-scale capital infrastructure projects. Lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage design, procurement, construction, and handover to time, budget, and quality targets.

You will drive client engagement, manage risks, and ensure governance. UK-based with opportunities for international travel, and multiple regional bases.

Qualifications

• Chartered status with APM, PMI or equivalent.
• Experience managing FIDIC/NEC contracts on major projects.
• Delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Strong analytical skills in schedule, risk and cost.
• Experience using project management tools (P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing project teams across workstreams and disciplines.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to scope and quality.
• Administer contract and commercial procedures and controls.
• Provide direction and mentor the project team.
• Coordinate across disciplines and with stakeholders.
