• 10-15 years' experience as a Senior Officer on offshore vessel types.
• Strong background in vessel operations and offshore activities.
• Flexibility to travel on site up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work related to marine operations and vessel usage.
• Develop technical specifications for vessels involved in offshore activities.
• Review and assess technical bids and proposals.
• Establish procedures and method statements for marine operations.

Skills

Ability to command an offshore vessel

Understanding of offshore marine operations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Master STCW II / 2 or equivalent

Certificate of Competency with command experience preferred

Relevant degree with Lower CoC considered
