About the role

Raytheon UK have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer to work on the full product lifecycle to launch a new product into production through our NPI Engineering opportunities. This is an Engineering role that works in our Manufacturing area so a blend of Engineering and Manufacturing skills from previous roles and qualifications is essential for this role.

Raytheon UK are global Manufacturing leader in the Aerospace and Defence industry. Our Engineers work on important projects across the defence industry focusing on high quality standards and delivering excellent products to our customers.

For this role you will need a Manufacturing Production Engineering background or come from an Engineering background that's worked in collaboration with Manufacturing Production. Key skills include electronics, electro-mechanical or mechanical where experience of electronic products can be shown. Knowledge/experience of electronic circuit card assembly (CCA), PCB, SMT, manufacturing process, electronic box build would be ideal for this role due to some specialist areas the team support in the Manufacturing areas.

Candidates from a Manufacturing, Defence, Engineering, Semi-conductor or similar company would be ideal for this role. Candidates who have HND/degrees ideally from a Manufacturing or Engineering degree/college subject preferably electronic, mechanical or similar with relevant industry experience are welcome to apply.
