Randstad Financial & Professional is partnering with a global leader in healthcare to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst on a 9-month temporary basis in Witney. Hybrid working (4 days in-office, 1 day at home) with a day rate up to £65,000 per annum (PAYE).

You will partner with operations on site to manage cost centres, perform deep dives into production yields and launches, and support monthly closes with strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with manufacturing background.
• Cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and factory-floor collaboration.
• Experience with quarterly re-forecasting, budgeting and month-end closes.
• Attention to detail and proactive system adoption.

Responsabilités

• Operations Business Partnering: Partner with site operational teams to drive ownership of plans and results, offering financial analysis on overheads, project expenses, and manufacturing management.
• Cost Accounting & Analysis: Perform deep-dive manufacturing costing analysis, monitor yield variances, cost drivers, and obtain a detailed understanding of Costing OMC variances.
• Planning & Re-forecasting: Lead quarterly re-forecasting (LBE) schedules and annual planning processes, creating slide decks and advice on drivers of change for management reviews.
• Month-End Close: Manage assigned balance sheet reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and accurate workday-two close processing?
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify cost-saving opportunities in material, labour, and overheads, while supporting internal audit compliance activities and process redesign.
