Epson in Telford is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and continuous improvement across production operations. You will manage planned preventive maintenance schedules, drive root cause analysis, and mentor engineers, technicians and apprentices to maximise uptime and manufacturing efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential qualifications include HNC/NVQ4 in Engineering and IOSH or NEBOSH.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills both face to face and via various media.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.

Responsabilités

Lead maintenance and continuous improvement across production operations.
Manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance activities.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reliability, waste reduction and cost efficiency.
Monitor engineering KPIs including downtime and asset performance.
