A leading energy job board is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Kirkby-in-Furness. The role includes managing jig and fixtures for manufacturing processes, engaging in stakeholder discussions, and ensuring product quality. Salary: £42,215+ depending on skills and experience.

The Manufacturing Engineering function comprises Build Strategy, Dimensional Management, Processes, and the newly established Jigs, Modules & Tooling and Facilities teams. These groups collaborate closely to ensure SSNA delivers an optimised, build‑ready design, while aligning facility layouts to support the overall build strategy. The purpose of the Jigs, Modules & Tooling team is to play a key role in enabling the SSNA programme and supporting its planned delivery cadence through the effective deployment of tooling solutions. We offer relocation support across all Submarine roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
