You will create manufacturing controls, develop NC programs, and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications

• High degree of competence in complex, precision manufacturing processes.
• Experience in CAM systems, preferably Siemens NX.
• Mentoring experience with junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create and establish manufacturing controls for machining processes.
• Provide NC programs and process instructions.
• Identify and mitigate non-conformance using PFMEA.
