Overview

Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Are you an experienced production engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team, supporting technical operations and driving process improvements across production lines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing machinery, production support, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be instrumental in resolving technical issues, supporting new product introductions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production teams, improving assembly processes
• Investigate and resolve production issues and queries
• Manage and maintain production documentation and customer data
• Create jigs, fixtures, and SMT programmes to aid efficient assembly
• Lead line setup for new and existing projects
• Support equipment calibration and maintenance
• Communicate with customers to resolve build issues
• Assist with New Product Introduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production engineering role within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
