Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Senior Manager in Wealth Management to lead high-impact consulting engagements across private wealth, regulatory changes, and technology-enabled transformations.

The role requires exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of mentoring junior colleagues while driving client value. Flexibility to work onsite with clients across London and elsewhere will be expected.

Qualifications

• Substantial years of experience within the Wealth Management industry or Wealth Management consulting.
• Subject matter expertise across Private Wealth with deep knowledge of industry challenges and trends, client segmentation, regulatory context, product structures, and distribution models
• Proven ability to shape and structure new sales opportunities
• Proven success in creating in a team‑oriented environment
• Proven experience in managing and developing junior colleagues
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and dynamic thinker and great problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful consulting engagements addressing clients’ most pressing business challenges and create lasting value in strategic areas.
• Drive business development and sales by partnering with leaders, clients, and consultants to bring Accenture capabilities to clients.
• Solve complex business and technology problems with structured analysis and clear recommendations.
• Lead creation of well‑articulated thought leadership assets to enhance market presence.
• Develop offerings within the UK Wealth Management practice and drive growth with emerging trends.
