Qualifications

  • Proven experience in corporate finance advisory, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of debt structuring, project finance, or M&A within the energy sector.
  • Background working with energy service providers such as O&M companies, EPCs, manufacturers, or engineering firms is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills.

The Role

Climate17 are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s most experienced advisers in renewable energy project finance. Operating within a highly specialist field, our client helps organisations raise capital when developing, acquiring, or divesting renewable energy assets.

They provide corporate and project finance advisory services across the renewables sector, supporting clients through every stage of the project lifecycle.

Their clients include investment funds, pension funds, banks, private equity, energy developers, O&M providers, EPCs, manufacturers, and engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities
