The Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Technology Applications, who will manage the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of the Group's key commercial systems, ensuring seamless selection, deployment, integration, enhancement, and optimization across MOHG's global operations. This role acts as a primary liaison among vendors, Business Solution Leads (BSLs), who are application managers embedded within business functions, and other IT colleagues. The role facilitates translation of commercial strategy and marketing, digital, distribution, and revenue requirements into robust technology solutions that deliver measurable commercial impact.

This role also supports the IT applications operating model, strengthening training, documentation, and the MO applications community, while enforcing technical standards and best practices across properties.
