Job summary

Clear. in London is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Asset Management to lead group-wide asset and maintenance strategy for data centres, ensuring critical infrastructure reliability and cost control.

You will own asset registers, define maintenance regimes, oversee PPM performance, and drive lifecycle planning across multiple sites, with travel. The role offers autonomy to shape standards as the business expands internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset or maintenance management experience.
• Experience in data centres, critical environments, utilities or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of critical M&E assets and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and multi-site operations.
• Strong analytical skills and CMMS/EAM experience.

Our client, a major Data Centre developer are looking for an experienced Asset Management professional to lead group-wide asset and maintenance strategy, drive standards and ensure critical infrastructure is maintained to the highest levels.

• Own asset management strategy and group-wide asset registers.
• Define maintenance regimes for critical electrical and mechanical assets.
• Oversee PPM performance and hold FM contractors and suppliers accountable.
• Drive asset lifecycle planning, condition monitoring and critical spares strategy.
