Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join the Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security team at our High Wycombe campus. You will lead cross-functional programs, shape the ERP strategy across Legacy ERPs and Transcend S/4 Hana, and drive governance and value realization across critical value streams.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into strategic roadmap decisions, apply SAP Activate and other methodologies, and influence transformation

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic PMO and ERP strategy programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into governing structures and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and value realization in ERP projects.

• Run programme governance structures, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment to business value.
• Develop robust business cases for ERP initiatives, linking technology to business benefits.

They will lead and/or support assigned projects, complex, cross-functional programs and key initiatives, across the Technology Leader group, as well as coordinate communication plans, leader meetings and forums.
