• Lead and develop multi-sector skills partnerships that align education, employment and skills to the workforce needs of our long-term growth plans.
• Coordinate with employers, supply chains, educators, local authorities, community and youth organisations to create inclusive talent pipelines, with a strong focus on young people, SEND learners and groups facing barriers to opportunity.
• Consult with stakeholders on the Economic Development Framework to ensure diverse voices are heard, analysed and turned into an inclusive skills strategy for the statutory Development Consent Order submission.
• Embed measurable social value, inclusion and impact reporting across skills partnerships, ensuring that investment in skills delivers tangible outcomes and long-term benefits for local communities, the wider economy and our business.
