Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 seeks a Senior Manager for Robotics Delivery, Packaging & Innovation to define the Deployment for Deployment (DfD) strategy and lead its implementation. You will set deployment standards across robotics programs and guide global field validation and design reviews.

You will mentor deployment engineers, collaborate with multiple robotics teams, and drive measurable reductions in deployment duration and cost per install while operating across Europe and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience mentoring or training engineers on complex issues.
• Experience in hardware/mechatronic program management or deployment engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DfD technical authority; review drawings and designs to embed deployment requirements.
• Drive technically complex DfD programs; assess scalability and deployment barriers across domains.
• Advise senior leadership on deployment strategy, governance, and trade‑offs.
• Coach deployment teams in design reviews and decision making; mentor engineers and TiPMs.
• Define end‑to‑end DfD strategy across programs; quantify deployment bars for each project.
• Create and promote deployment data systems to turn feedback into design influence.
• Remediate deployment design problems; balance opportunities, resources, and sustainability.
• Identify recurring deployment problems and drive incumbents to fix root causes.
