A leading charity organization is seeking a Senior Manager for Proposition Development as maternal cover. The role is remote with travel to London. You will be responsible for strategic direction and relationship development in fundraising. You’llbe part of a multi-disciplinaryteam,providing critical support toourPhilanthropy, Statutory and Lotteryand Corporate Partnerships teams, using data and insight to drive relationship development forward.
In this role,you’llwork closely with the Senior ManagerProspect Research and Head of Relationship Development.You’lluse your experience in proposition development toshapestrategic directionand shape andplan core activitiesfor delivery.
Being an effective communicator,you’llbuild strong relationshipsacross RNIB,translatingourstrategic plansintocompelling propositionsabout core workandexcitingnew opportunitiesfor income generation.
You’llworkcloselywithfundraisingcolleaguesacrosstheStrategic Relationships & Philanthropy directorate (including Major Donors, Trusts, Statutory and Lottery, and Corporate Partnerships) to develop an understanding of funder / donorneedsand motivationsand advise onhow tobestconnect them with the exciting and innovative work of RNIB.
We’rea busy team,with lots to do,butteamengagement is important to us,so whilstyou’llhave the choiceof where you are based,you’llneed to travel for team meetings and planning days which are often in our London Head Office.
