This influential role will engage cross-functionally across our Global Procurement network to drive strategic priorities, enhance governance frameworks, and champion critical programs that shape the future of procurement in the EMEAA region.
What You'll Own:
- Collaborate intimately with the VP of EMEAA Hotel Procurement to shape and execute strategic agendas, tactical plans, and executive-level communications.
- Bridge regional procurement teams with Global Procurement Excellence functions—including Digital Innovation, Governance & Risk, and Supplier Management—to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to key Business Unit and category leaders, fostering collaboration and driving consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Define, architect, and oversee the delivery of high-impact strategies and initiatives that advance procurement objectives across the EMEAA region.
- Lead end-to-end program management for pivotal global and regional procurement projects, ensuring milestones are met with clarity and precision.
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and progress reports to maintain transparency and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to craft compelling presentations and deliver insightful executive updates.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance governance processes to uphold compliance with Global Procurement standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in management or strategy consulting—or equivalent corporate roles—tackling complex strategic challenges across multiple domains.
- Demonstrated expertise in project and program management, with a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Deep knowledge of operational strategy and experience optimizing operating models for efficiency and impact.
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities, honed through consultancy or equivalent environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster collaboration among senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience operating within global functions, adept at navigating cultural nuances and coordinating across regions.
- Proven ability to design and implement disciplined processes that promote accountability and operational rigor.
- Hospitality industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
