Job summary

CMR Search are working with a growing Berkshire-based accountancy firm to recruit a Senior Manager into its Personal Tax team. This is a chance to lead a portfolio, shape services, and be the technical and commercial contact for clients across international private client matters.

The role blends high‑quality advisory work with oversight of complex compliance, two direct reports, WIP, billing and process improvement.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification and significant personal/private client tax experience.
• Strong grounding in residence issues and appetite to develop technically.
• Autonomy, visibility and entrepreneurial mindset for a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio and oversee complex advisory work for international private clients.
• Review team output, supervise two direct reports, and manage WIP and billing.
• Lead process improvements and contribute to the development of the Personal Tax offering.
