We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Planning Performance and Cost Management, IWPB Americas and Europe.

This is a new role, whereby you will be responsible for driving robust financial planning, performance monitoring and cost optimisation across the IWPB Americas and Europe region, contributing to the smooth running of the business. You will support a range of priorities across the region, including the framing and guiding of key strategic decisions, as well as leading the oversight of regional budgeting and forecasting, cost control, planning and VSIP.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyse business performance information across a broad range of areas. This will include but not limited to the measurement of performance and effectiveness of countries, businesses, channels, products, sales, customer, and key strategic pillars.
  • Provide insights to the Head of IWPB Americas and Europe to drive performance across the region, highlighting risks and opportunities and ensuring alignment to strategy and business plans.
  • Own the regional Financial Resource Plan (FRP) process across the IWPB Americas and Europe region including review and challenge of country plans, preparing presentations and briefings for global and regional reviews.
  • Track and review cost and workforce management against FRP, including FTE demand.
  • Lead on cost-saving strategies and workforce initiatives, ensuring performance objectives are met.
  • Support VSIP budgeting and forecasting for the IWPB Americas and Europe region. Engage with local, regional, and global senior stakeholders to interlock the IWPB Americas and Europe VSIP portfolio ensuring that sufficient budgets are attributed to the region/markets.
Qualifications
  • Sound financial acumen with good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and performance KPIs, balanced with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to critically consider information from several sources, identify material issues and articulate and present a well-reasoned business case within defined and challenging timeframes.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to communicate effectively and with confidence across the Group including Senior and Executive Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
