• Ability to develop, coach and lead staff, as well as manage stakeholders.
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with a commercial approach to resolving issues.
• Pro-active in identifying and progressing business opportunities for the long-term benefit of both KPMG and the client.
• Ability to multi-task – to manage a wide range of projects and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide International and Complex UK tax advisory services to support clients’ commercial objectives.
• Deliver technically excellent advice on tax structuring, refinancing and transaction reorganisations.
• Coordinate with specialists across departments and overseas offices on tax advisory projects.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Manage the team’s operations, performance and resourcing.
• Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Lead proposals and tender responses for new work and participate in business development activities.
• Act as a role model for KPMG’s values.
