Qualifications

  • Proven experience of applying statistical modelling and analytics.
  • Good knowledge of IRB, IFRS 9, and Model Risk Management regulations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and delivering high-quality analysis, independent reviews & challenge of the mathematical and theoretical soundness of models; model compliance with relevant regulation; data quality, model monitoring and performance; model documentation; model implementation; and model use,
  • Leading and developing the IMV Infrastructure and framework, and supporting the review, maintenance and management of all model governance policies and standards relating to IMV,
  • Engaging with model developers, owners and implementers on specific areas of model development, model changes, performance and implementation,
  • Preparing clear, accurate and timely reports and communicating to and representation at appropriate internal governance bodies including supporting the Head of IMV,
  • Support the development of team members to reach their full potential.
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Highly numerate, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proven experience of applying statistical modelling and analytics across the account life cycle,
  • Good knowledge of IRB, IFRS 9, Model Risk Management (MRM) regulation and AI techniques,
  • Proven experience of coding (model development and implementation),
  • Proven ability to work independently and support/manage the wider team,

Working hours

You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, adopting a hybrid working model with a blend of remote and office-based work.
