We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Compensation team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Manager Global Compensation
The Senior Manager Global Compensation helps shape and drive enterprise‑wide rewards strategies programs and initiatives by leading workstreams and collaborating across the broader Compensation and People Experience function. The role will be a part of the Compensation CoEs leadership team and report to the Marsh McLennan Global Compensation Leader.
The Compensation COE forms part of the People Experience team. The People Experience team identifies, develops and delivers solutions and is comprised of ten centers of expertise: Impact, Leadership, Culture, Career, Compensation, Benefits & Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations and HR Services. The People Experience team delivers informed perspectives and creative solutions; anticipates and helps the organization respond to market business and colleague needs; and brings a balance of deep technical expertise and consultative approach to identifying opportunities and developing scalable solutions that enable impact.
