You’ll join us in Group Finance Support (GFS), a key function within the Finance community of LBG. We’re a team of c.300 colleagues, with responsibilities including financial reporting and control, people and culture initiatives and strategy implementation.
The team is at the start of a significant Transformation journey, and you'll be part of influencing, designing and implementing Finance Transformation over the next 5 years, both within GFS and beyond!
You’ll lead on particular projects within financial control and reporting for the Head of Finance Transactions, GCT & Investment. As a Senior Manager you’ll role model strong financial control behaviours; influence key senior partners and contribute to broader strategic direction and business decision making by providing insight, control and thought leadership.

A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or have alternatively gained a similar level of expertise acquired through substantial experience (c10 years) in a finance function.
It’s desirable that you have experience in power automate and/or power query or other automation tools where you have made effective process, control and cultural changes.
