A leading design platform company located in Camden Town seeks a Senior Manager for Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, particularly within SaaS, and a passion for improving customer relationships. Candidates must be adaptable, possess strong coaching skills, and be prepared to engage in a dynamic work environment. This full-time role requires on-site onboarding and offers opportunities for personal growth and leadership.

You won't be alone! Figma has an incredible team, and you'll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise products. You will report directly to our Head of Sales. This is a full-time role that can be held from our London hub.
