Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Account Management for the UK, reporting to the UK Managing Director. You will lead the regional CS/AM team to protect and expand the customer portfolio, shifting from reactive support to proactive, revenue-driven growth.

Your responsibilities include owning the UK revenue trajectory, turning adoption into advocacy, and guiding the team through health-score driven interventions while aligning with Marketing and Product to maximize

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a CS/AM team in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of quota attainment and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK CS/AM team to grow ARR and protect a portfolio.
• Drive adoption, turn customers into advocates and referenceable assets.
• Own health score governance and proactive recovery motions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to surface opportunities.
• Develop proactive account plans, QBRs and risk reporting playbooks.
