As a Senior Manager or Director in the Corporate Transaction Tax Team you will:

• Lead and deliver technically complex transaction tax engagements, ensuring technical excellence, commercial relevance, and high-quality client outcomes.

• Act as a day-to-day senior client contact, building trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple engagements and workstreams simultaneously, with responsibility for scope management, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.

• Support in business development, including identifying opportunities and supporting the growth of key client accounts.

• Leverage AI and technology to enhance how transaction tax advice is analysed, delivered, and communicated to clients.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Hold an ACA, legal qualification, or tax qualification (or equivalent breadth of knowledge and experience).

• Bring significant prior experience in transaction tax, including leading tax structuring and/or tax due diligence engagements.

• Possess deep UK corporate tax expertise, with the ability to apply technical knowledge pragmatically and commercially in a fast-paced transaction environment.

• Demonstrate a strong track record of managing complex projects, client relationships, and high-pressure deal situations.

• Showcase experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues within an inclusive team culture.
