Leading a team and partnering with senior stakeholders, you will unlock commercial value, strengthen supplier performance and support responsible, well-governed decision-making. You will also oversee our managed service provider for contingent labour, ensuring effective governance and compliance while advancing procurement capability across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and deliver the procurement strategy for Professional Services, aligning category priorities with Burberry’s wider business objectives.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Significant procurement experience, with the ability to lead complex categories and substantial spend portfolios; Professional Services experience would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting and developing teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership.
• Strong commercial judgement and numerical capability, with confidence interpreting data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• A record of building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at senior levels across a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of contingent labour governance and relevant UK legislation, including IR35, AWR and associated compliance requirements.
• Effective negotiation, analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery in a changing environment.
