A leading global gaming company is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations to support the Senior Leadership Team in core business operations. This role involves planning and executing leadership processes, preparing executive materials, and managing cross-functional partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the Gaming sector and exceptional organizational skills. This hybrid position is based in London.
The Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and day-to-day core operations within Product Madness. Leading all aspects of business operations, including executive governance, reporting, and leadership cadences. While also supporting cross-functional central initiatives and providing targeted support to members of the Leadership team, this role will be key to driving the partnership and distribution strategy for Product Madness.
This is a hybrid role that combines structured operational support with hands‑on problem solving. The ideal candidate will be thorough and conscientious, capable of preparing high-quality materials and tracking accountability, while also stepping into ownership of strategic workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and to contribute meaningfully to the success of the business.
