Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Senior Manager – C&I Components & Physical Integration to lead the specification, design, integration and delivery of C&I hardware, instrumentation, equipment packages and plant interfaces across the SMR programme.

The Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) function is responsible for delivering integrated control, instrumentation and monitoring systems across the power station. C&I Components & Physical Integration is responsible for ensuring these systems are physically integrated, qualified and deliverable within the overall plant design.
As a Senior Manager – C&I (Components & Physical Integration), you will lead the specification, design, integration, qualification and delivery of C&I hardware, instrumentation, equipment packages and plant integration solutions across the SMR programme. You will provide leadership for the integration of sensors, transmitters, instrumentation assemblies, field equipment, cabinets, equipment rooms, cable routing, penetrations, supports, installation arrangements and plant interfaces required to implement the overall C&I architecture. Working closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Layout, Equipment Qualification, Safety Case and Plant Integration teams, you will ensure complete, coordinated and constructible solutions while maintaining compliance with nuclear safety, qualification and operability requirements.
A major part of this role will involve acting as the intelligent customer for instrumentation suppliers, equipment manufacturers, package vendors and engineering service providers, establishing a world‑class C&I integration capability to support fleet deployment.

The salary band for this role is between £71,000 – £93,200 dependent on the skills, values and knowledge you bring. There may be flexibility in exceptional cases.
Pay Range: £71,000.00 - £93,187.50
