Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior asset management leader to drive transformations and shift clients to predictive maintenance. You will advise on EAM/CMMS platforms like IBM Maximo and define asset data governance and security practices.

You will grow the asset management practice, build client relationships, lead workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain commercial accountability across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo.
• Understanding of how asset management systems connect to wider IT landscape.
• Strong appreciation of OT/IT integration and change governance.
• Experience delivering change in consulting or transformation environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of emergent technologies and AI in asset management.
• Track record of leading workstreams and client relationships; asset management credentials welcomed.
