Job description

A leading company based in Central London is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to support ambitious growth. This role is perfectly suited to professionals who have experience with preperation of monthly management accounts with regarding franchises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyse management accounts for a diverse portfolio of franchise sites ensuring robust and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear variance analysis and insightful commentary, communicating franchise performance across financial and operational metrics.
  • Partner with franchise owners to set and monitor budgets, manage cash flow, and advise on cost control and profitability levers.
  • Support the onboarding of new franchisees, providing financial due diligence and tools for successful setup.
  • Standardise processes and reporting across the network to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ease of consolidation.
  • Assist with audit preparation, tax returns, and regulatory obligations relevant to franchise operations.
  • Work collaboratively with central and local operational teams to implement best practices and support continued expansion.
Key Requirements
  • Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with experience supporting multi-site, hospitality, or franchise businesses.
  • Commercially astute, with proven analytical skills and a track record of providing value-adding insight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
