Senior Management Accountant | Excellent Hybrid Working | Manufacturing | £50k - £55k

Are you a qualified finance professional ready to lead, drive performance, and make an impact?

My client is on the lookout for a Senior Management Accountant to join their award-winning team.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of the management accounts for the entire Group. You'll work closely with Managers, support strategic decision-making, and lead a team of Management Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Present key insights and reports to senior leadership including the CFO and CEO
• Drive budgeting and forecasting in partnership with site managers
• Improve processes and ensure robust financial controls
• Lead year-end close and liaise with external auditors
• Mentor and manage a team of Management Accountants

What You'll Bring:

• CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel
