Aviva’s Major Loss Team is growing. As a Major Loss Field Adjuster, you will manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions.

This is a field-based role, meeting customers face-to-face and guiding them through what can be a stressful period with confidence, empathy and expertise. We recruit across the UK, offering freedom and trust to manage your claims cradle to grave wherever you are

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-value domestic claims (around £50k+).
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles and subrogation.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion.
• Deliver cost-effective resolutions and exceptional customer outcomes.
• Meet customers face-to-face and guide them through stressful periods with empathy and expertise.
