Sidney Sussex College Cambridge is seeking a progressive fundraising professional to lead donor relationships and grow its major gifts programme. You will manage your own portfolio, identify prospects, and secure five- to six-figure gifts through personalised stewardship.

The role sits within the Development and Alumni Relations team, with opportunities to meet donors across Cambridge, the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Fundraising or related experience required.
• Ability to secure five- to six-figure gifts and manage donor pipelines.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own donor portfolio and cultivate relationships.
• Identify, qualify and solicit new prospects for major gifts.
• Deliver personalised stewardship and report on impact of gifts.
• Collaborate with the Development and Alumni Relations team to plan campaigns.
