Senior Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £55,000 + Holidays + Bonus + Pension + Sick Pay + Life Assurance
Shift: Days | 12 Hours

The Successful Senior Maintenance Engineer Will Have:

  • Time-served Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical Level 3 Qualification
  • Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving manufacturing
  • Confident in leading a shift team, supporting less experienced engineers
  • Strong focus on safety, first-time fixes, and team culture
  • Commutable to Lincolnshire

The Senior Maintenance Engineer Role:
