Job summary

Macdonald & Company seeks an experienced Machinery & Business Assets Valuer for a senior advisory role that is remote-based with UK-wide hybrid/remote arrangements. The successful candidate will lead complex valuations of machinery, plant and business assets, applying commercial judgement to deliver client-ready advice.

You will operate within a national platform, supported by specialist teams, and enjoy autonomy to manage engagements from initial instruction through to completion while building

Qualifications

• Hold a RICS or NAVA qualification.
• 10+ years' practical valuation experience across machinery, plant, equipment or business assets.
• Able to lead complex, commercially sensitive instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex valuations from engagement to completion.
• Provide expert advice and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal platform and support teams to deliver outcomes.
