Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager in London to lead a 10–12 strong ML engineering team, including Staff engineers, in a hybrid role. You will shape the group’s direction, drive audio, text, and video understanding initiatives, and scale the team while remaining hands-on when needed.

You’ll set technical strategy, oversee design and modelling choices, and champion practical AI usage across the team to achieve measurable business impact for listeners.
