As part of the AI Platform team, you will research, design and deliver agentic AI capabilities, build scalable cloud-native services, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive

• Experience with modern Python codebases and AWS or a comparable cloud platform.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform; solid software engineering principles.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic AI systems; strong communication.
• Azure Pipelines and Terraform experience desirable.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for use in customer-facing features.
• Design and build agentic AI systems and AI-powered product capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks for evaluating AI quality, safety and performance.
