Job summary

A Central London Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team. This role involves supporting various projects, conducting technical due diligence, and leading project team meetings. The ideal candidate has MEP/M&E quantity surveying experience and is either MRICS qualified or working towards the qualification. The position offers a salary range of £75,000 - £90,000 along with benefits such as 28 days annual leave, excellent pension contributions, and flexibility in working arrangements.

The Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying Partner of a Central London Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to strengthen his team.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit M&E team who support a team of 40+ quantity surveyors across an array of residential, commercial, and hotel projects.

Alongside supporting the practice with their projects, the new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will run have his/her own projects to deliver which will involve:

  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Front end cost reporting
  • Full cost plans
  • Leading project team meetings
Qualifications
  • MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked for a consultancy / cost management practice
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Good pre-contract experience
  • Comfortable working in a small team
