Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialist technical support and leadership on discipline‑specific engineering principles.
• Ability to act as Standard Owner and drive governance of standards.
• Strong capability to communicate technical ideas to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of requirements, specifications and standards for M&E systems to meet HS2 objectives.
• Oversee delivery of M&E capabilities within budget and environmental constraints.
• Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Assure design and construction of M&E assets meet standards and resolve issues per HS2 procedures.
• Coordinate interfaces between M&E and other infrastructure systems (e.g., London Underground, Network Rail).
• Promote best practices and innovative engineering approaches across Phase 1 and Phase 2 teams.
