Job summary

Framatome in United Kingdom, Bristol, seeks an experienced Project Manager for the G1 EPR project. The role focuses on integrating scope, schedule, cost, and quality across engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on international coordination and nuclear safety standards.

The candidate should have 15+ years in systems engineering or EPR projects, excellent English communication, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary groups. French language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years’ experience in systems engineering or EPR project.
• Relevant experience in management and the nuclear industry.
• Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines and KPI requirements.
• Clear and accurate written and oral communication in English (French bonus).
• Proactive in communicating with remote offices (France, Germany).
• Proactive in developing positive working relations within the project.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into actionable plans balancing cost, deadlines and performance.
• Define resource allocation, budgeting, and planning linked to L3; manage configuration, interfaces and NCRs.
• Develop and maintain the L3 project schedule and milestones.
• Translate configuration objects into cost models and monitor resource usage for budgeting.
• Ensure the technical framework is implemented across teams and manage NCRs.
• Define operational objectives for group leaders and manage transitions.
• Participate in internal and external technical meetings; establish reporting for transparency.
