The Diary of a CEO is seeking a seasoned Long-Form Video Editor to transform raw 9–13 camera footage into episodes that hold attention for millions worldwide. These retention-focused edits are the heartbeat of the show, conversations that change how people think, live, and work.

You'll collaborate with a world-class production team, owning edits end-to-end, and continuously pushing what's possible in long-form storytelling on YouTube.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional editing experience, with a portfolio of long-form multicam edits (podcasts, interviews, documentaries).
• Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro; comfortable with large multicam timelines, syncing, and file management.
• Deep instinct for pacing, rhythm, and story structure in long-form content.
• Understanding of retention curves and editing choices that maximise watch-time.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
• Growth mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to experiment with new techniques.
