Job summary

StoryPoint of Chesterfield is seeking a Server to deliver meals with a professional touch and to provide outstanding guest service in our busy dining area. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions, while supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service for residents and guests.

Reliable, friendly candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
