Job summary

Your Housing Group in Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents at Brunswick Gardens. You will support residents to lead events and connect with the wider community, while keeping safety and inclusivity at the forefront.

The role is 20 hours per week with flexible pattern, based on residents' needs. A DBS check is required, and our benefits include pension, Medicash, and staff discounts, with genuine progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering activities, events or community programmes.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
• An understanding of health and safety and safeguarding principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of engaging and accessible activities for residents.
• Support residents to access activities and encourage them to take an active role in shaping the programme.
• Collaborate with residents to lead and grow the activity programme.
