Senior Live-In Support Worker – Learning Disabilities – Yeovil, Somerset

Full-time | Contract available if wanted | £1,200/week

Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our values-led team as an Senior Live-In Support Worker—a role that blends hands-on support with senior-level responsibility. You won’t just be supporting tenants in their day-to-day lives; you’ll be the primary point of contact in the home, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a key figure in the home, offering emotional and practical support to tenants while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Take ownership of care plans, risk assessments, and goal setting, ensuring they’re up-to-date and person-centred.
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality monitoring to maintain excellence in care delivery.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Champion independence and dignity for adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other neurodiverse conditions.

  • Confident working independently in a live-in role.

  • Experienced in supporting neurodiverse adults.
