This hands-on role requires calm leadership, technical confidence and commercial awareness to ensure projects are imaginative, achievable and finished to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Production Manager experience in experiential/events.
• Experience delivering live events internationally.
• Strong knowledge of production technologies, materials, and build methods.
• Fluent in CAD/Vectorworks for floor plans and layouts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning from feasibility through build and de-rig.
• Translate briefs into clear production strategies and schedules.
• Oversee on-site delivery, safety, and quality across projects.
• Manage suppliers, venues, and logistics with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to Head of Production.
