V&C Associates is seeking a Buying Manager for lingerie, a newly created leadership role requiring relocation. You will build and lead a buying team of at least four, owning the lingerie category from range strategy to goods arriving at the distribution centre.

Responsibilities include budgets, OTB, supplier management (Bangladesh/China), and on-time launches. You will drive growth, margin, and innovation, while maintaining market benchmarks and collaborating across functions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in Buying and/or Product Development
• Senior Buyer level or above
• Experience with lingerie retailers or brands
• Experience working with suppliers in Bangladesh and/or China

Aufgaben

• Buy to agreed budgets and OTB levels with margin targets.
• Drive category growth through range architecture, product selection and pricing.
• Conduct ongoing sales analysis, evaluate trends and product life cycles, and make data-led recommendations to the Buying & Innovation Director.
• Maintain market awareness and benchmark value, price and product.
• Manage suppliers in Bangladesh and China; drive supplier process improvements.
• Own robust critical paths with suppliers to ensure on-time seasonal launches.
• Build, lead and develop a buying team of at least four.
• Ensure delivery to the distribution centre.
