Job summary

Places for People Group, trading through Places Leisure, is seeking a responsible lifeguard supervisor to oversee pool operations and poolside safety. You will support customers, supervise lifeguards, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a lively leisure facility.

Essentially, you must hold an NPLQ, with training provided if you lack a Pool Plant Operations License. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous, and you should be a confident swimmer with strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• NPLQ is essential.
• If you don't have a Pool Plant Operations License, full training will be provided.
• Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage.
• You must be a competent swimmer and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Supervise our customers and other lifeguards while pool facilities are in use.
• Oversee the operations of the building and ensure H&S of pool users at all times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness; respond to queries promptly.

More about your role

If you want to earn money whilst working in a fun, lively environment with a team of people like you, then this exciting new job could be for you. Working with passionate and driven people, you will be responsible for the supervision of our customers and other lifeguards whilst using our swimming and pool facilities. You will responsible for the H&S of pool users at all times and oversea the operations of the building. Customer service and the cleanliness will be first class and you will respond to customer queries promptly.

More about you

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. Full training will be provided if you do not possess a Pool Plant Operations License. Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage. As you will be working poolside you must be a competent swimmer and be safety conscious.
